Steel Bridge/Heavy Highway
SR60 / Memorial Highway Interchange
TTI-FSS worked in close collaboration with the general contractor throughout this project to develop innovative solutions that contributed to the overall success of the project. TTI-FSS helped propose alternative fabrication and construction methods, as well as a unique shipping sequence. TTI-FSS utilized the just-in-time delivery system for over 12,000 tons of plate girders.

Austin’s 2nd Street Pedestrian Bridge
TTI-FSS built and delivered the 160-foot long steel trapezoidal box girder bridge with two 33- foot high arches spanning 177 feet. Eighteen support cables, which support the bridge deck, attach to each galvanized plate built into each arch. The project required 646,200 pounds of steel.

US 19 – Clearwater Bridges
TTI-FSS built and delivered 65 steel trapezoidal box girders to make up three different bridges along US 19 in Clearwater, FL. The girders ranged in weight from 33 to 84 tons and were from 68 to 152 feet long.

Ocean Avenue – Bascule Bridge
TTI-FSS fabricated approximately 480 tons of structural steel for the fixed-trunnion bascule bridge. It consists of two leafs, each about 120 feet long.

Flagler Avenue – Bascule Bridge
TTI-FSS fabricated and assembled approximately 1,168 tons of structural steel for this rolling lift bascule bridge. It is composed of four leafs, each approximately 100 feet long each.

I-595 Miami
