OCT AII-V6L
Robotic Welder
The OTC can perform Gas metal arc and Flux core welding. This robotic welder navigates on a 7 axis system and can also rotate the material that it is welding. It operates using Windows XP software, has a total reach of 74”, can rotate 360°, and has two separate work stations that material can be setup for welding. This dual station process allows fitters to stage material in station #1 while the robot stays busy welding in station #2, and the process is repeated keeping the welder in operation with very little down time. THE WHEEL-A-BRATOR
Fabrication System
The removal of rust, mill scale, dirt, or other contaminations is a basic requirement for steel surfaces prior to coating. TTI and FSS's wheelabrator has blasted 6ft tall by 140ft. long girders.

THE FARLEY LASERLAB
Plate Burning Fabrication System
Drilling and cutting of materials are probably the most overlooked functions that are critical to the success of any project. With the Farley Laserlab we can cut liner travel of 140ft, which allows it to cut plates 12 feet wide and as long as 120 feet.

THE ESW
Electro-Slag Welding
Currently, TTI/FSS is the only fabricator in the country that uses the electro-slag welding (ESW) Technique for bridge work. Total time for splicing two-inch thick plate 24 inches wide takes about six to seven hours where as conventional welding would take 22 hours.
